My Creative Basement 10 on 10

It's October 10th and that means it's 10 on 10!

7:00 a.m. - Up and at 'em!  Bailey is not an early bird gets the worm kind of a dog.  He's patiently waiting for the sun to hit the living room floor, where he'll nap most of the morning. Clouds form over Lake Michigan in the morning.  Sun heats the terrarium.  Sun casts a spooky shadow on the ghost decoration.

8:00 a.m. - Checking email, schedule... taking a sneak peek at 10 on 10 blog posts from other parts of the world.  Overnight the day has begun and ended for many...and mine not yet started.  How exciting!

9:00 a.m. - Yikes... late... sporting light makeup these days.  I liking the "natural" look.

10:00 a.m. - Errands to cell phone store and Goodwill done.  Noticed the time, took a photo of the dashboard.  Then I heard the song on the radio - "...keep your eyes on the road, and your hands upon the wheel... roll baby roll...".  That was my inspiration for the second photo. 

11:00 a.m. - Time to prepare dinner... slow cooker beef chili - yum!

12:00 a.m. - Finally, craft time!  Made another "t-shirt scarf" for a friend for Christmas.

1:00 p.m. - Creative Basement is getting a coat of paint in my favorite color - "reflecting pool"...

2:00 p.m. - Still painting...concrete block is hard to paint!

3:00 p.m. - Bailey patiently waiting for dinner... he's hoping for steak...

4:00 p.m. - Fish are inside the house now (out of the garden pond...), a sign that winter is on its way.  The temperature this morning was 34 degrees - brrr! 
Ah well the kitchen is warm... smells wonderful... time for ambiance.
