A fish tail worth watching
Tonight a friend and I went to see the movie Salmon Fishing in the Yemen - excellent film. I was entertained throughout the whole film, awed by the beauty and fell in love with the characters. The only phony thing that was about the whole story was the character of "Robert" the soldier who ends up MIA - but that was on purpose, and I'm glad they kept his character depth superficial. Wouldn't the world be a better place if there really where interesting, visionary sheiks with $50 million dollars to inspire us to swim against the current - to challenge ourselves to leap into fresh waters? Alas... they only exist in film.
