Moving furniture opens new chapter

Threw a dinner party on April 14 for 12 guests.  To accommodate the crowd we swapped the furniture between the living room with the dinning table and chairs.  Guests relaxed afterward on the sofas and chairs the dining area off the kitchen and remarked they preferred the layout, it was easier to be social.  We use the dining table but once a year - so my husband and I agreed to make a change.  The dining table has become my new office desk; a lounge chair in the basement was brought up to the living room; and the former dining area now hosts a love seat, leather chair and over-sized footstool.  Rug arriving shortly from Home Decorators.  This is an amazing chapter in our lives because my husband was so accommodating and he has expressed an openness to host other social occasions in our home.  Wow!
