Perspective - the name of the game

Not lying - I've been crabby this week because I'm stewing over witnessing some poor behavior by a few co-workers.  I couldn't get it out of my head, and the rub is - I'm not permitted to say anything about it.  It's a situation where I know I have to turn the other cheek, but it really stews my pot to a boiling point.  Finally it took me to remember my New Year's resolution, which was one word - perspective.  VP1:  I view their behavior as ignorant, selfish and self-serving  VP2:  From their perspective they were entitled and took what didn't belong to them VP3: Combining 1 and 2, at some point I know I will be asked to pull together a team to lead a high profile project; and I can guarantee these individuals will not be on the list to participate in the opportunity.  They may have felt they walked away with a victory, but in the end they've lost the war.
